This is good for ordering When Bad Things Happen to your Good Name Highly recommend this one, and if you can order more to distribute and get the word out all the better! Can order 500 bulk at a time, I do here (and find that the post office here locally does not mind me setting these out) and have found this to be the best drop off point for people to find these books to use.

After you do this, you send copies to police and cra and ocs? If so, will they take copies, since it has to be notorized?

Yes they should; been a bit since I read through the instruction on these, but copies should be fine, cause that is a lot of work and cost - they have to meet in the middle somewhere on this part.

When calling to get address; you can always ask each creditor additional questions as to what their requirements are. Some don't yet accept the ID Theft Affidavid provided by the FTC. So they will correct you will their instructions or send you out a letter of what needs to be met for their part.
