Does Bk fall off on the date filed or the date dismissed?

The clock starts from the date filed.

EQ told me that my CH 7 would fall off 10 years from date discharged.

EQ is wrong. The FCRA cleary states that the entry remains FROM THE FILING DATE.

Will Bk13 come off in 10 years or 7 years

The FCRA states any BK under Title 11 cannot antedate the report by 10 years, however, it seems to be common that Ch 13's drop off at 7 years, though not always.
