PROBLEMS WITH WILSHIRE MORTGAGE

Have a friend having problems with Wilshire Mortgage Co. Anybody ever heard of or done business with Wilshire?? They are getting all sorts of fees& penalties tacked on, etc. and are at the end of their rope ,so to speak, and would appreciate any input with regard to this company. [/b]

What kind of fees? Sometimes Loan Officers will leave off the 3rd party fees so that their Good Faith Estimates are lower looking than other peoples, if this is the case then not much you can do, but if there are new "other fees" like admin fees etc, then you have a problem
