I am currently in escrow, I have no court ordered judgements against me. I do have a charge off and a repo on my credit report. Will that affect my selling of my home? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks

No, the only problems come up if there is a judgement against you and they have put a lien against the property. Collections are not at that point yet.
