Hey guys i have filed chapter 7 on all 3 credit card accounts on my reports. Capitol one accounts are both accounts that have been sold either by citbank visa that i had back in 95 and cac car i had in 95. i have the original contract sent back to me stampedpaid in full. Afteri get my discharge papers could i dispute these or have them validate the accounts. Same as my providian credit card that was bought out by Emerge.
How do i go about disputed inquires that i never requested. These inquirys look like to me are inquiries that came from collection agency's running my credit for insertion
