Sub-prime Mortgages

Please help, I’m deseparate.

My DH and I both had individual bk’s. Where can we get a mortgage in Louisiana? I am 3years out of bk & he is about 18 months out of bk. We really need a mortgage. Any suggestions.

You can probably get a mortgage now. That probably sounds like great news, but here is the catch. You will be limited on how much of the sales price you can borrow, so will take some creative financing to get the total home paid for/financed.

But it can be done, and I know that even one day out of a BK you can get a loan.
