So happy to see a dedicated forum. I'll be looking for pre-approval within the next month. (EQ 622, TU 667, EX 661).

My scores have risen 20-30 points in the last six weeks thanks to everyone's help. This forum will be very valuable to a lot of people.

A big thanks to everyone that lobbied for this site. I would like to post a "explainer" section, to list what the secret code words that we use, like LTV, DTI, APR etc.

Yes, you can create new topic and title it something like: Key words to know / abbriviations. ;)

I still can't follow everything, so I know I will be bookmarking it, lol
