victoria secrect card (WFNNB)

hi,

during christmas time my purse got stolen but I also applied for a couple of cards, you know before finding this board in Jan. I was wondering what bank sponsors or endorses (you know provides the credit card program). Because I have two inquiries on my CR from WFNNB (bank I guess) and they are both listed for lerner's but I applied for Vic. Secret I remember and on my EQ CR it has just WFNNB listed, so anyway to get to the point is WFNNB the bank that sponsors the vic. secret credit card program, if not then who is?

How long ago did you apply? I applied for Express on the 29th, they pulled my report on the 31st. I would think I would have gotten a denial letter or card by now since I am in Ohio. Liz

LOL, yea you got me on that one. I looked high and low in my secret places and still no luck. I dont shop at stores like that anyway. I am more the VISA and TARGET card type of person. lol, I do think it is easy to get the VSAC, and not too much over a fico of what target would want.

You are trying to get me in trouble, I just backed down all my credit cards to just having 1 w/ k-mart & 1 w/ lowes. I have every plan to drop that k-mart card if I get the one I really want.

I am still holding out for that darn Pulaski Credit Card!!! :twisted: Soon as I fix a few issues, lol

Liz it took forever to get my cards in the mail. I applied around the 30th of the month and I just freakin got my cards, But you can call the 800 # and they will tell you if you are approved or not, that's what I did for Victoria Secrets small limit though (250) Express gave me an instant approval online of $500, So I strongly urge you to call I'm sure u are probably already approved.

You can't think that way, they appear to be incredibly slow in mailing out cards, that's it. I was so anxious to know that I just had to call and find out. Judging from your credit score I'm think you'll get it. Heck if they gave them to me ya gotta get them to. My credit file doesn't have a long history. Car loan opened 07/02, au user on cititcard opened 09/00, and 2 store charge cards opened 6/03, 1 collection account in dispute $175.00 all shows on Experian. So your history is probably longer than mine which means u get them too. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I finally broke down and called the 800 number. I still haven't got a letter/card yet. So I put in my SS# and it told me I had a balance of $0 and $250 available credit. I am glad I called now. Liz

So funny, I use that K-Mart credit card @ Wal-Mart ALL the time, LOL

I don't even live near to the k-mart where I got the card form :-)

They pulled EX and my FICO was 672 I lost 2 points with the inq. I have on my EX report 2 charge offs and 2 closed but reporting lates.
Now I will never use it at Express, but you CAN use it at Bath & Body Works that is why I got it. I can't leave that place without dropping $30.00 on bath products! Now about the Walmart card...I just came home from Walmart and picked up an app. (Yeah I know, BAD, BAD, BAD) who do they pull from? Now that I will apply...I am curious. 8) Liz

Thanks! It is taking forver for it to get here. A friend of mine told me that Express can be used at Victoria's Secret along with Bath & Body Works. I was going to apply for that card but won't now that I know it can be used there also. Liz

Then I wonder if you can also use it at Pottery Barn (LOVE that store :wink: ) or Abercrombie!! Those are through WFNNB as well.

And if not, will applying for one, make it more likely that you'll get the other? Hmm.........lets ponder that thought, shall we? :D

We don't have a Pottery Barn here but we do have an Abercrombie. That could be dangerous 8) I applied for American Eagle thinking they pulled EX WRONG they pulled EQ my lowest score. Liz

I applied for the Express and the Vicki Secret, I'm told if you have one it should automatically get you the other. Only drawback is I wanted a bigger credit line with vicki secret only 250, express 500 cards are so cute and girlie looking I love them.

I found my VS card on my PG report and they report to EX and EQ. Nothing on TU.

Hey, all:

I was just approved for a Angel VS card with $500 limit, FAKO: 600. They pulled EXP only. My credit report has 2 judgments (one new, unpaid and 1 old, paid), 2 collections (one open/current CS and one closed CS balance). But, I have 7 accts in good standing (1 auto loan May 2005, 3 CC dating back to 2002, 1 AU Bank Of America, 2 closed accts dating back to 1999).

I thought they were going to decline me, but my payment history is all good, but the only thing holding my credit down is the judgments. (They're coming off in 2007 and 2010, respectively.)

I thought they could be there forever ....or at least 10 years ...

In NYS, paid judgments are on reports for 5 years from the filed date, other states, 7 and 10 years unpaid.
