So I tried to register with Nexum and my experience was that they sent me this agreement form which had me paying money to them first before my creditors.
I lined through all that and stated I wasn't making a donation. Well, when I called they said the donation was mandatory and my creidtors would look upon me not making a donation as a willingness not to pay.
I told them to get bent.
