OK for some reason I had a local CA send me a bill from the doctor and hospital that I had disputed with them years ago before I knew how to do this. Can I do DV with that agency as well as disputing with the CB's. I can see by the answers from the CB after my first dispute they don't even look stuff up. They just say ok I see this on the paper just leave it there and say I verified. Because they verified something that is my husbands ex-wifes judgement. I think it is kind of funny yet again very, very sick!!!

Absolutely, when you know you're letter has been received at the CA (green card, usps.gov) you send in an online dispute. This way you're forcing some sort of action which is a) they don't respond to the bureau dispute and it'll be deleted or b) they verify but they cannot furnish any information without a notation that the account is in dispute. Most time they don't do that and you're creating leverage by yet another violation. I always tell people to do multiple dispute/debt validation.

Ok now we have real problems. I am doing all this so we can remortage our house at lower rates as well as pay off the dentist a whopping 30k for my teeth repair. (yes I now have beautiful crowns on every tooth) at any rate we are running into all kinds of road blocks. I am going to pull my hair out. It is getting stickier and sticker all the time. So I am going to go back to the bank, but they want these collections paid off. NOW
So what do I do? Help......I want to write the letter DV #2 to get rid of these and have them reported as paid or off my account. I just don't have time to want for these morons to see the light and remove them the long way. I need to come up with another 4 grand for my daughter so she can defend herself against her son's father also. So you see I am between a rock and hard place. Suggestions I need to get the money to the attorney by Friday. Life isn't always fair, but this is where I am.

Thanks for the info.
The judgement is not mine, it is the ex's. As far as going to the courthouse, it is over 4 hours away. Can I do this over the phone?
As for the doctors office. I am going to write the DV #2 to the CA's as stated in the book and at the same time copy the original creditor, hopefully they will lean on the CA's. I hate this, I wish I had never disputed the doctors or the hospital and just paid the damn thing. But no I thought I had a right to protect myself. My credit was perfect before I got sick and had all the bills. It isn't that I couldn't pay it is that I was being ripped off and really believe I had rights. Not when it comes to this, we have no rights. We should not have to go through this to defend ourselves. Sorry I am so over whelmed and upset I can't stand it.
We have so much equity in our house it makes me sick. We only owe 112k and it was appraised at 300k. All I want is to pay off my debts and get my kid and beautiful grandson some protection. I think Mexico is looking better all the time. No wonder people run away.
thanks for the info.
