I have heard good things about a guy called David Szwak, who is based in Louisiana and specializes in consumer law. Apparently he has a sort of informal network of lawyers around the country that he works with, so he might be able to steer you to someone in Florida. His site gives email addresses and phone numbers if you want to try him (pun intended, lol). WWW.bjslaw.com

I was on another credit board and saw replies from some guy that had a sig about judgment (something) texas. Anyways - do any of ya'll know what i'm talking about or know the guy or if he's good or a hoax? Looks like this guy assists in settling judgments - I've got a Texas one I need to settle. Does anyone have any experience with Texas Judgements?? Experience and Advice appreciated~
