Just a quick question. On the statute of limitations page there is a paragraph in bold halfway down that states: You will have a credit report with the date of last activity and a certified letter stating that the statute of limitations has expired. Does this mean that the report itself is the certification or that I have to get some other "certified letter" proving the date of last activity???? :notsure:

The credit report would not hold up in court as certification - stuff like canceled checks, letters from the CC company saying you were late, etc., will. On the other hand, the credit report could be used as additional information.
