verify judgement

can i validate a judgement and if so how do i do this. Contact the court or the collection agency. 7 years on the judgement will be up 2004. How can i get this removed from my credit file earlier without paying.

I think you want to vacate a judgment - which is possible if you were never served properly. Do a search on judgment vacation for more details.
