I sent a letter to a creditor offering them to settle an account, and asked them to sign it, and send it back to me if they agreed on the terms. they sent a letter back saying in light of my concerns and offer they would agree to remove the entry upon payment, please forward payment, and they will be able to initiate removal and send me a letter of confirmation. Is this good enough or do I need my original letter signed and sent back to me? :rolleyes:
