Lemme ask this - sending seperate letters - should I also send seperate letters for inquiry removal as well?

What a great piece of information to have. Now, let's every one get their letters ready to mail Nov 29, then when the 30 days is up the end of December and they haven't had time to verify and they have to delete, we can all start the new year off with new and improved scores!! :D :p

Its a nasty rainy day where I am (has been ALL week ) and I'm planning on doing most, if not all of my letters today. If something happens between now and then (doubtful) I will just ax that letter :) :D

What about things that you're disputing right now? should you go ahead and send a dispute letter after T-Day again anyway and hope it "falls thru the cracks"? Dispute everything that's negative in seperate letters after T-Day regardless of if it's been disputed before or not? :ooh:

Will they be too busy this time of year to rule all of our disputes as frivolous? Or red flag our files?? Just wondering out loud.
I'm no longer disputing anything either
and all my letters are typed and dated for Nov 29th 2002, and all ready in enveloped and are just waiting for the 29th of Nov.....
I do have some current invegestations going on so im just waiting for them to finsih up.

should disputes be sent via RRR mail or regular mail? It could be expensive for a seperate letter for each dispute.
Any thoughts?

Would it make any difference if you had all the separate letters in the same envelope or just a few envelopes? That would be quite expensive as far as CMRR for each individual dispute letter.

All disputes should be sent green card (CRRR). Yes it will be expensive.
You have to decide how much $ you want to invest in repairing YOUR credit. I personally will end up spending about 140$ on CRRR during this period, my bank account won't be happy - but I won't flinch an inch when I do it.
Its only recommendation, totally your decision. I wouldn't but seperate letters in the same env though, I would address all issues in the same letter.

Quick question regarding CHOD:
Should I dispute with all CRA instead of with just one (Equifax)? I'm gonna be doing this CHOD for the first time and maybe I should just do to all CRAs at the same time. With 4 derogs to dispute, I am looking for a long wait at the post office...

I would dispute with all three of the bureaus at one time. Take advantage of their (hopefully) big back-log this time of year!!

Absolutely all 3 bureaus- CHOD only comes around once a year...

is it too late to do this? i just got my investiagtions back early in the month and this is my second investigation for all three CRA's. Will they red flag my credit if i try and do this so soon after getting an investigation back?

Send it in again. I have had four going at once, and I dont think I am red flagged. I have never gotten a letter about using a credit repair agency, and have only ever gotten one frivilous reply. And that ws just recently. Maybe it is because I dont use form letters, I just use my own. But they include all the right information.

I've done mine online. Never sent letters. HAve had great results. All coolections and deliquencies deleted except for two unpaid chargeoffs (1 on all three CRA, the other on 2 CRA--equifax erased on of the chargeoffs). Will online work too?
