Co-signer and BK

If someone co-signed on an account for furniture and the person they co-signed for files BK, the co-signer is included as a potential creditor on the schedule for unsecured creditors and the OC does not reclaim the furniture. Does the co-signer have any legal right to demand the furniture?

Not if you were included as a creditor. You would be barred from any type of 'collection activity' and a 'repo' would certainly qualify as 'collection'.
