Getting a car loan cosigned

My grandmother said she would cosign for me to get a car but didn't want anything showing up on her credit. Would anything show up on there? I know it would if I was late or such but any other time would it?

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this but it looks like the closest place.

Any account applied for jointly will show up on both credit reports since both parties are equally liable for the debt.
