Yuck! I am a bit nervous, but I think it will go okay... What I was wondering though is some post-bk questions... :oops:
I had to add my home Phone Service, Satellite and Cable bills in with the BK 7. Once I recieve the discharge, and I want to get these services again, how do I go about that?
Aren't they gonna say 'you have an unpaid balance of ____ ' and as soon as you pay that we will hook up your services?
What do I say? That is was discharged?-- I realize I am sure they would want some sort of security deposit, ---
Also, I had to include some bounced checks in their too... and some where to the grocery store, walmart, etc... so after the bankruptcy will i be able to write checks there anymore? will my DL number show "i don't even think so"-- I mean does Chex Systems take it out, if you have BK discharged?
