I noticed on one of your post that you seem to have some knowledge on how to settle with Citi. They say I owe the 23000 and its more like 17500. How can I go about settleing with them? The account is with a law firm in Texas now and I live in Texas. It was charged off in Sept 2005.

I responded to your post on how to settle your credit card debts but that post when out to left field 16 pages later. Can you offer any advice on this. I did DV the original CA and I read in one of your post that that is a sure way to send it to a lawyer. Sorry I read that post too late.

I don't want to go to court and I don't want my wages garnished. Any help would be apreciated.

First of all Texas residents can not be garnished. Second...how did the account get into an attorney's hands? Let me guess, you DV'd them?
