Hi Everyone!

I had my BK discharged on 01/2004 and have 11 accounts included in the BK.
There is a lot of inaccuracy on all CR.
Should I dispute the accounts first then the BK?
How many dispute at the time?
Do I dispute the same items with each CRA at the same time?
Can I dispute different items to different CRA at the same time?
2 accounts where reported to the CRA as IIB on 04/2006 is this legal.

Thank for all your help!

I think usually people start disputing the individual accounts first then the public record listing.

How many dispute at the time?

I would recommend spliting the dispute into 2 groups. 1st one send in half and after results come back send in 2nd batch. And keep rotating them every 30 days so that no one account is redisputed in a 60 day period of time.

Do I dispute the same items with each CRA at the same time?

Yes, that gives you a better advantage if you can dispute all 3 credit reporting agencies at once. Hard, but do-able.

2 accounts where reported to the CRA as IIB on 04/2006 is this legal.

Dispute the status date on that bankruptcy, that is incorrect.
