Hi, I am trying to get a mortgage but Experian is not showing a score for me at all! My other scores are 695 and 691. I have repeatedly contacted Experian with no success. How can I get a score out of them?

EX has nothing to do with whether you have a score or not. That is due to Fair, Isaac, and Co., they generate the scores based on what is on your report.
The most common reason for no score is no credit activity in the last 6 months.

John, thank you but the only credit info on my Experian is inquiries. There are no credit accounts, history, nothing and no FICO score.
It was about a year ago that I noticed my Experian report was empty. I called them and they said it was up to my creditors to report my credit history and to contact them. I did. They said it was Experian and I tend to agree since it is very unlikely that All of my creditors would unilateraly decide to stop reporting to Experian, while continuing to report to the other bureaus.
I really did not give it too much attention until I applied for a mortgage and the lender said that even though my scores were 695 and 680, they would not approve me for a loan for an investment property.
Any ideas on what I can do now!
