It looks like it has PDA features integrated into it. If so, and if it can sync with any M$ apps, it would 0wn!
We were thinking that it has to cost about 1K for now... 8 GB flash drive for music + cingular quad band gsm phone + OS X + latest & greatest surcharge... yup. Gotta be around a grand.

I'd like for it to hook up with my Outlook calendar, so I can schedule meetings, check work e-mail (through corporate VPN), web browse, let me buy crap online, in addition to playing music and phone service.

Yep, will do all that...
the 8gb drive size sucks though... will get pretty full fast with music and video.
but for a first of its kind device-I think it rocks!

it will do almost everything that I use a laptop for now.
Get Excel on there and that would be all I'd need-but without a keyboard that would still be tough I think.

I'm with Newbie! Gadgets like this scare me. :? My sister has always had gadgets like this and is always multitasking, on her laptop, blackberry, phone! Think I'll foward link to her. She'll be shocked it came from me. :lol:

Exclusive Multi-Year contract with Cingular/AT&T so thats the only way you gonna have one that works.
Cingular signed on before they even had the phone figured out!

I agree! And for that price it oughta do more than PDA, IPOD, MP4...that dang thang jolly well better jump up and down when I say so!! LOL. Oh well.
