Where is my signature?

My signature doesn't show up.

If I view my own profile, there it is but it wont show up on my posts. It is markerd correctly for display.

Also, why can't I edit it anymore? It use to be under User CP right? It's not there anymore so no more editing for me?

Any input would be appreciated. Maybe there is a very obvious answer and I am just not seeing what it is. ugh...
