I am looking to send a Goodwill letter to Wfnnb/American for an account that I settled with them on. They were the OC of an account I opened in 2002 to buy some furniture.
I stopped making payments on the account around 2004 after I lost my job and obviously ran into some financial issues.
I pulled my CR's to start making repairs so that I can get a mortgage this year. So I made a settlement payment to Wfnnb/American in January. I should have done a PFD. But at the time I was not as learned as I am on these issues now.
SO anyhow. I want to try to send the CEO a Goodwill letter. I was hoping someone might have the name and contact info for Wfnnb/American's CEO.
