Hernia Surgery...Ouch

Sorry folks,

I have been out for a few days. I just had hernia surgery a few days ago and have been out of commish. My wife and son have been waiting on me hand and foot and if it weren't for them, I never would have made it this far. I am in a ton of pain but still bored off my rocker. I hope all is well for everyone and I hope to be up to my usual antics soon! :p

Feel for you!! My DH has had 2 hernia surgeries - both in the same place. Don't make the same mistake he did - take it easy, get better BEFORE you start trying to be superman. It makes a world of difference in the recovery.

Get well soon!! My Dad has a horrific sized one himself and desperately needs surgery so...just something to be said for early intervention! Get well soon and send some of them "get it taken care of" vibes over in the direction of Modesto, Ca!! LOL.
