Almost there made this request via PM and I think it's a good idea...
I wanted to send you this PM to ask about putting up a new section in "legal" for mortgage servicing fraud. After using this site to rebuild and repair my credit (fresh off the college credit crunch) in 2003, my husband and I bought our first home in Feb. 2004....only to find recently that the entire situation has been a scam to steal our money first, destroy our credit in the meantime, and ultimately steal our home. I believe this needs it's own forum aside from mortgages because this is a very specific issue. It has it's own terminolgy and implications. msfraud.org has a forum, but not as good as what you have built here. Plus, the meeting of the issues of credit and the intentional destruction of it by the perpetrators are a perfect fit for this site. I think we are only going to see more and more victims of this crime, and we need a place to discuss where we can also get the tools to rebuild.
Please consider this request and I will be of help in this matter. Finding out about this has been devastating, but armed with more and more information daily, I feel confident as we move towards taking legal action. I sincerely pray that Litton Loan and Countrywide will buy my next house FOR me
I'm seeing more and more information, more news stories and such, daily. As this story gains awareness, without it's own area it could flood the mortgage section (yes I believe it could get that big) so please consider this request.
