Another case of apparent escrow-fraud and foreclosure. CW claimed to have sent documents to the consumer and their attorney, and when asked to produce copies, the court found they were addressed to an address that the consumer did not even live at until after the documents were supposedly sent.
Wonderful. I just closed with these people 3 days ago.
At least they got caught this time.
