I'd say a good rule of thumb:
Don't use any part of your real name
Don't mention the name of the creditor & collection agency
Don't mention the amount
Don't mention your attorney
Edit out details to be generic if listing court docs.
Omit any life circumstances if possible
Don't admit if they original debt is yours or not (it's irrelevant under the FDCPA anyway.)
Mentioning the state is fine - and could be critical to getting the right advice.
