Robert Plant/Alison Krauss - Go see them!

If Robert Plant/Alison Krauss are coming to a town near you this summer, GO SEE THEM. :)

Their show last night here in Chicago was amazing. They performed some absolutely amazing rearrangements of Zeppelin songs and quite a bit of stuff off of their new album. I'm pretty sure that every single person in the audience was amazed by how incredible the show was.

..And the best part of the whole thing was that no matter how much time has passed, Robert Plant still sounds the same. Definitely worth going to see.

That was something that I was wondering about if Plant would really sing any Zepplin songs. I remember hearing years ago that he would greatly limit that although that was such a long time ago...

I didn't know anything about it; but when I was waiting for my train back to the city after work at Braeside I checked the lineup and was like: Oh wow... cool...

Would love to see that show. Alison Krauss has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard.

She was incredible, Stefdr. Her performance that night was absolutely flawless. As a matter of fact, so was his. There were some people who were incredibly skeptical of the show, seeing as how the two performers come from incredibly different genres. Ironically, their harmonies were gorgeous...Everything was wonderful. If they were coming back, I'd see them again.
