How do I gain "green dots" below the amount of my posts?

I've been lurking around here since 05 and don't remember seeing it then. That's why I think some of the "oldies" who disappeared for a while don't have much of it although they may have been here longer or have a higher post count.

You may not have much rep but you sure do pack some rep power! My #'s shot up when you gave me love........xsqueezex

I believe Kristy did the website conversion in 07 if I'm not mistaken or late 06. So it started around that time. I went MIA early this year. 05 Was the old website I don't even remember what it looked like.
