I am going to be truly audacious here, and I am going to try to answer your question, even though you haven't asked it, based only on your thread title!
If you have a default judgment against you, but you were never served:
First, go to the courthouse (or online if your county offers it) and get copies of all the paperwork for your case.
Next, you must file a Motion to Vacate Judgment, on the grounds you were never served. They must have claimed to have served you in some way, and filed a Proof of Service. Examine that, and point out whatever is wrong with it: wrong address, description doesn't match anyone in your household, etc.
If this motion is granted, you will be allowed to file an Answer and defend yourself against the suit.

Just to add that Judgements are a matter of Public Record and there aint much you can do about privacy concerns on those if they stay on the record.
