I just recently paid off two judgments. One was scheduled to be dropped off my credit report in 2 years and another in 4 years.
Should I send proof of payment in full to the credit reporting agencies? It is my understanding that if I do so, they will update my credit report, my score will drop, and these accounts will stay on my record for another seven years.
