Smile BOND OR BUSINESS INSURANCE TO START CREDIT REPAIR COMPNAY IN YOUR STATE

HELLO

I would like to know if it is possible to start a credit repair business in another state to which you reside?

I want my main office to be in a different state and I want to have a virtual office to cut costs but i want to work from home. I will be doing everything online and over the phone so i will not be meeting people in my state to conduct business just over the phone and through my website.

I look forward to hearing from you

Check with your state AG's office, but unlikely that you need to be bonded.

Much if not all of what you are planning on doing can be done for free here at CIC, so you probably won't be drumming up business here. But I wish you luck. There are quite a few people right now who have wounded credit as a result of the last year or two.

hello

Thank you for the reply. I am just looking for advice before I go and see a business attorney. In the state i reside it is a bond for 100,000 in the state i want to open my office its just business insurance and the bond is very hard to get. I was told as long as IF i conduct business face to face then i would need to be bonded in that state, but as alot of companies have gone online to cut costs ect then i was wondering if this situation could work.
