JDB's Lawyer violated FDCPA How do I take action

Not providing the address is quite a technical violaition, and probably wouldn't merit the full statutory 1k. While the FDCPA is a strict liability statute, and any one violation can be enough for a viable cause of action, the judge has statutory discretion on damages and could award de minimis damages in the amount of as little as $1.

If you have other violations, however, using it as a separate cause could show habitual non-compliance and bolster damages. All depends on how the judge views technical violations.
