question regarding disputes...

Newbie here! I have been reading these posts for awhile and finally got off my backside to do something about my horrible credit. I have a question though: Recently, i sent disputes to all three Credit agencies via certified mail. I got the green cards back on the 7th of July. Well, today, i received a letter from Experian requesting more information. The letter states they need a copy of two bills with my current address, SS#, name, past 5 years adrresses, birthdate, and a copy of the letter they sent to me.

My question is this: Is this just a form letter they send to everyone to say they responded within the 30 days? Does my 30 days start from when I originally sent the certified letter or when I send them all of the info they request?

When I sent the letter, i included all the info they want except previous 5 years addresses. What do i do?? Help!
