EXP changing STATUS date to dispute date

Default EXP changing STATUS date to dispute date
This happened to me and cost me money. A car insuance company pulled my report and sent me a letter stating the I have had 3 or more charge-off accounts within the last 12 months. All my charge-offs are from 6-03. That is not 12 months. The status on each on the I disputed is within the last 60 days. What can I do now?

Do I have any case to sue EXP for costing me money?
