Default Experian deleted without question...

Some of my old and inaccurate personal info with Experian wouldn't allow me to dispute it online so I called. The lady was very nice and deleted everything I disputed on the spot without question including previous names (and incorrect names), old addresses, a variation in my social, and an incorrect phone number.

I was surprised it was so simple, but I have to say that I got the feeling she was very busy and had no time to waste...very polite, but quick and efficient!

I checked my report again after 24 hrs and confirmed that it has in fact been deleted. Equifax, for the most part has correct info, although old (am I correct in that even old info can be deleted?). Haven't started with Equifax or TU yet.

Little progress, but progress nonetheless!

Wold you happen to have the phone number for Experian handy? I have it somewhere, but in all this clutter I can't find it. Thanks
