Question Received Summons, filed answer, received motion to dismiss without prejudice??

What is my next move?

Can I file a motion to compel?

How can I get this dismissed WITH prejudice?

Help!!

By the way, the attorney mailed ME (regular USPS) the motion to dismiss without prejudice letter to file with the courts, postmarked after 30 days of receipt of receiving my answer. Is that ok?

Thank you.

That's great... that means you did not get a judgment against you...

however, without prejudice means that they can bring suit again. If you want it dismissed with prejudice, make a simple motion to the court.
